Pickup will occur across North Carolina on the following days: Thursday – May 21, 2026 • Charlotte • Greensboro • High Point • Winston-Salem
Friday – May 22, 2026 • Raleigh • Eastern North Carolina • Wilmington Pickup time windows will be assigned based on location.
Transport & Delivery Timeline
Truck Departure: Saturday, May 23, 2026 (early morning)
Estimated Arrival in San Antonio: Sunday, May 24, 2026Your luggage will be delivered to your hotel before the convention begins on Monday (Memorial Day).
Return Transport Schedule Luggage will be collected after the convention and transported back to your home region.
Depart San Antonio: Friday evening / Saturday, May 30, 2026
Estimated Return to North Carolina: Monday–Tuesday, June 1–2, 2026 Final delivery windows will be assigned by location.
